We talk about American Democracy. The states of America follow the rules and execute the acts centrally set forth hence they are United states of America. Our country boasts of unity in diversity so each states has its own rules and regulations with different governance and they are just linked to the Central Govt. in some particular disciplines. They are un-united states of India. When will there be even and equal governance policies set up in India?
